About us

Eckling Grange was founded in 1960 as a residential home for retired missionaries and those who had ministered in a full time capacity.

These original aims of the Charity have not altered but today the complex is open to everyone.  The day to day management rests with the General Manager, Care Manager and the Trustees of Eckling Grange who meet together regularly..

Currently there are 62 residential places, of which 20 are registered for Dementia. Alongside the care home there are 54 Sheltered Accommodation bungalows suitable for individuals or couples. We consider every enquiry on an individual basis and welcome both privately and socially funded residents to our residential home and sheltered bungalows.

Around 125 people in total live at Eckling Grange at any one time and every effort is made to foster a Christian Family Spirit.

We are recognised for the high quality of care delivered by our experienced staff and like all care homes we are authorised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
